Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
Qualification : Graduation Required
- CTC 2.50 LPA + Incentive+ on roll job
- Sales; Marketing experience required.
Age : 22 to 30 Years
