Unit Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
- The Banca Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the bancassurance operations of a financial institution. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with banking partners, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibility :
- Work on assigned leads (given by Nationalize Banks) and generate referrals from every visit that's made to customer.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
- Cross sell and up sales Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis
- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation
- Knowledge Required : Knowledge about Life Insurance industry, preferably in bancassurance sales in Public Sector Bank.
- Age should be below 35
- CTC : Up to 3.5 + Incentives (Performance Based) + Attractive Rewards.
