- Maximize revenue, profitability and market share.
- Participates actively in selling through involvement with all potential markets.
- Conducts inspection & ensure physical facilities are kept in optimal condition.
- Be responsible for security and safety of customers and employees.
- Establish and maintain effective employee relation. To be the profit centre head for the Unit.

- Candidate should have good exposure of working with top hotels/QSR/ Restaurants.
