Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify and target new business opportunities through effective market research and networking.

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and pain points.

Sales Strategy Development:

- Devise and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns.

Product and Service Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the company's products and services, demonstrating a deep understanding to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

- Lead negotiations, addressing client concerns, and presenting solutions to overcome objections.

- Close deals and ensure a smooth transition to the delivery or implementation team.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular sales reports, outlining achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

- Utilize data and analytics to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including but not limited to software solutions, consulting services, and infrastructure
