Hiring Business Development Manager - Full time - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the Development of New Business, Account Management, in Domestic/USA Markets.

- Play hunter role, acquire new customers in the Tech, Healthcare, Cyber Security, Finance, Application Management and Testing Space.

- Coordinating and managing the entire sales life-cycle right from opportunity identification to deal closure.

- Acts as a source of knowledge and guidance for the opportunity in terms of pricing, model, competition.

- Proactively research and find target organizations, and establish communications with those prospects.

- Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities/prospects.

- Personally own and drive large-ticket opportunities in the specified geographies.

- Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship.

- Work closely with the BU and Solutioning team, for managing presentations, and proposals.

- Establish strong partnerships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers; and develop relationships with third parties.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Self-motivated individual who will represent the firm with the highest levels of professionalism.

- Worked with enterprise and having a proven track record of success selling Managed Services/solutions/Application Management and Testing services.

- Also, should have experience in handling large accounts.

- Should have experience of key account management, understanding customer needs and criteria, qualifying opportunities, defining stakeholders and decision-makers, building relationships with lower-level to mid-level executives of customers.

- Demonstrated experience in pipeline management and leads management.

- Existing connects with technology alliances in the industry and comfort in working with C suite executives.

- Work experience of 3-5 years in the technology industry in Business Development and management.

- Excellent communications and presentation skills. (written, verbal, interpersonal)

- Engineer and/or MBA or an equivalent preferred.
