Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele caller cum Sales Executive to join our sales team at Unifit Realty. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with prospective clients to drive real estate sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Unifit Realty's property offerings.

- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed property information to interested clients.

- Identify prospective clients through research and maintain a database of leads.

Client Engagement :

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any queries.

- Schedule and arrange site visits for clients, providing them with property information and addressing any concerns.

Sales Conversion :

- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and follow-up strategies.

- Provide clients with accurate details about properties, including pricing, specifications, and benefits.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay updated with the latest property offerings, market trends, and competitor activity to provide accurate information to clients.

- Coordinate with the sales team and management to keep track of project developments, promotions, and discounts.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Maintain daily call records, update lead status, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up with clients post-sales, ensuring a seamless experience.

Customer Service :

- Handle customer queries and grievances with professionalism and ensure timely resolutions.

- Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and maintain client relations for future business.

Requirements :

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in real estate.

Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Persuasive, with strong interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Personality Traits :

- Proactive and target-oriented with a high degree of enthusiasm.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls and queries effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
