We at Unicreds are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Revenue Generation through New Customer acquisition for Education Loans for Studies Overseas.

- Supervision & control for coordination of the assignment of leads to individual loan officers.

- Coordination and assistance for the process of lead generation to sanction and sanction to disbursement.

- Cross-selling of allied products

- Ensure the team is well informed, guided, and motivated to achieve the objective set.

- Thorough understanding of documents at different stages of the loan approval process.

- Understand the value proposition gaps in the assigned business relationships and suggest the possible modifications

- Achieving goals set by Management on a monthly basis

- Work with the Management to design plans to achieve sales goal

- Directing and carrying out sales related activities and initiatives.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in sales.

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas

- Excellent leadership skills

- Experience setting sales goals

- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
