- We are looking for an Inside Sales / Business Development Experts. This individual will work out of our Gurgaon facility and target our US prospects.

 Experience Required : 1.5 to 10 years

Notice Period :- Immediate

- Stability of the candidate is Mandatory.

Experience Required : 

- Experience of 1.5-7 years of business development experience.

- Must have carried a target and have generated meetings with contacts via cold-calling & follow ups.

- Ability to work with practice heads to present the solution to the prospects

- Experience connecting with US clients

- Knowledge of sales specialized in e-commerce, ECM (enterprise content management), BI (business intelligence), Quality assurance & Mobile App development services

- Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute toward steam, department, and company goals

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor/PG Diploma/Degree

- Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex tasks

- Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization

- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team

- Outstanding telephone, Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

- Must possess own motor vehicle and mobile phone

- Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional demeanour

- Knowledge of Sales and Market (preferably the US market)

- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing services or products

- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle

- Present constructive sales solutions and process to prospects

- Should be genuinely excited about new market development, have a strong interest in learning about and playing with the latest market trends.

Few Pointers (Candidate should fit in all pointers) : 

- Must be comfortable working into PST working hours (9 PM IST to 06:00 AM IST).

- Must having experience of selling SOFTWARE SERVICES. Candidates selling laptops, products, insurance policies or applications will not work.
