About Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-starter Sourcing & Onboarding Executive, who will help us build up our seller network across different categories. The person's responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new manufacturers & brands, negotiating deals, merchandise selection, and Cataloging. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate the services we- d like to meet you.

Requirement : 

- Bachelor's degree

- Prior experience of 2+ years of B2B sales in the e-commerce/Apparel industry will be preferred.

- Proven experience as a Vendor Management, Sourcing & onboarding Executive, or relevant role

- Attitude & Aptitude for sales

- Leadership and Influencing skills: Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach.

- Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop a market

- Only local or people or who have worked in given geography should apply

- Good written, oral communication skills.

Responsibility : 

- Sign contracts with manufacturers and brands as sellers on the Unibook platform

- Gather sales leads from the market & approach manufacturers and brands actively from various categories allotted to you

- Maintains relationships with manufacturers & brands by providing support, information, and guidance.

- Drive weekly/monthly targets: No. of Product listings, Number of New Seller Onboarding, etc.

- Handle meetings and closures when on the field as the first in command

- Being the face of Unibook in the market & standing up for the values we believe in

- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow-up and contact programs.
