Uniabroad - Telecaller (0-1 yrs)
- As a Tele caller, you are responsible for handling students over the phone entirely.
- You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the services provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
- You should have basic knowledge of Microsoft office and other platforms.
- As an employee you should have good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, Kannada.
- The candidate will be responsible for emailers right after the call, taking follow ups and feedback from the existing clients and prepare a basic report for the same.
