The Campaign/Dialer/CRM Manager is responsible for managing the outbound strategy for the organization. The primary goal of this position is to increase net profitability via increased right party contacts, ensuring proper inventory coverage and agent utilization, streamlined work processes and actionable reporting.

Essential Job Functions :

- Develop and implement long term strategic planning initiatives for outbound programming and dialer management

- Responsible for oversight of day-to-day administration and monitoring of dialer system

- Manage and optimize dialer system through design, campaign maintenance, contact lists, filters, reports and campaign strategies

- Ensure all requirements are met while remaining within compliance of all statutory and regulatory obligations

- Manage a systemic approach for real-time adjustments and campaign changes that drive right party contacts and overall agent success

- Provide ad-hoc and standardized reporting for multiple levels within the organization

- Improve short and long term delinquency, roll rate and cash flow forecasting

- Effectively communicate complex issues across all levels of the organization

- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities and deadlines

- Represent company with vendors

- Attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule outside of typical business hours
