Responsibilities:

-Lead Unacademy's pilot efforts into content creation for its K12 category

-Invent and innovate upon academic content and curriculum to make it immersive, interactive and engaging for learners

-Collaborate efficiently with subject-matter experts, educators, content and business stakeholders. to successfully implement work

- Think systemically and execute with seamless processes

- Provide creative direction, oversee processes and give guidance to the team of 2- 5 graphic and motion designers

- Ensure utmost attention to detail, maintain the highest standards of design and creativity by approving all work created by the team and partner creative agency(s).

Requirements:

- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in leading large and talented teams that work across graphic design, motion design and animation, and other creative solutions to largely repetitive academic content

- 3+ years of relevant experience working at an agency or in-house

- Effectively communicate concepts and design rationale

- Engage in constructive creative critiques, while also being receptive to feedback

- Ability to think critically, rapidly conceive, visualise, iterate and create innovative solutions for a highly competitive space

- Able to work independently, nurture team members and drive multiple projects at a time

- Foster strong working relationships with team members, cross-functional leads and members.
