Unacademy - Email Marketing Specialist - Relevel (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for creating segments to target for conversions and registrations.
2. Strategize and plan the content based on the segments.
3. Run A/B tests to improve each stage of the user experience.
4. Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
5. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
6. Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
7. Write newsletters including all company updates.
8. Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.
9. Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
10. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
11. Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Prerequisites :
1. A generalist who is a quick learner.
2. Grit and resilience to get things done and ensure the last mile perfection in the delivery of tasks and projects.
3. A great passion to the mission of helping people get their dream jobs Ownership mindset - take complete ownership and execute well without the need for continuous follow-up.
4. Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience in email marketing.
5. Must know basics of Excel and data analytics.
