Responsibilities :

- Creating strategic roadmaps for D2C brands owned by us to win a share of voice on Google search for high intent and high search volume keywords to drive traffic and sales

- Teaming up and regularly communicating with global stakeholders to move in the desired traffic growth direction

- Own organic traffic and its associated business goals for Una Brands group portfolio of brands

- Working closely with cross functional teams like - Brand, Technology, Content,Analytics, CRM etc to achieve SEO goals

- Set-up performance targets for D2C brands with proper planning and forecasting

- Creating strategies and roadmaps to drive organic traffic from new avenues and ensuring these strategies are in line with the overall business goals

- Keeping up to date with latest SEO trends and ensuring all brands have a competitive edge

- Measuring and reporting key SEO KPIs and achievement/roadblocks to the global cross functional teams

What we are looking for in a candidate :

- An entrepreneurial attitude so that you can - own- the brands and grow them

- Proactiveness to initiate activities in line with the business and SEO goals

- Ability to understand search intent and business model of the brand

- Ability to contribute to content ideation that will help SEO

- Strong technical acumen to perform technical audits

- Complete understanding of SEO processes, strategies and execution methods

- Ability to take data driven decisions and interpret data effectively

- Excellent communication skills to interact and explain SEO goals and reports to international stakeholders

- Understanding of marketplace SEO like Amazon, Lazada and Shopee

- Deep understanding of Google Search Console & Google Analytics

- Expertise in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, JungleScout etc.

- Strong bias-for-action and ownership mindset

Qualifications:

- 4-10 years of work experience in SEO (Quality of experience will be given more weightage)

- Undergraduate degree or a postgraduate degree
