Role : Sales/Business Development Executive (MS Dynamics CRM/ERP Sales)

Job Location : Remote

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales/Business Development Executive with expertise in selling Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM/ERP software, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions.

- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address client requirements.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the software industry, preferably selling CRM/ERP solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP software and its functionalities.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics partners or resellers is a plus.

- Willingness to travel as needed
