As a Chemical Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell chemical products to various industries and businesses. Your expertise lies in understanding the features, benefits, and applications of the chemicals offered by your company. You will be interacting with potential clients, establishing strong business relationships, and identifying their specific needs to recommend suitable chemical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold-calling to expand the customer base.

Product Presentation : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of chemical products and their applications to effectively present their advantages to potential customers.

Sales Negotiation : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.

Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Market Analysis : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Travel and Meetings : Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as required to promote the company's chemical products and build business connections.

Sales Targets : Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and update management on sales performance regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of chemical products and their diverse applications across industries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their requirements.

- Sales-driven and results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to reach potential customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field may be advantageous.
