Ujjivan Financial Services - Sales Officer - Personal Loan (1-8 yrs)
- Graduate, preferably in commerce and related streams
- Preferred experience of 2-4 years in banking, asset products sales or collection
- Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills - local hire
- Managing and supporting the effective sale and distribution of personal loans in the assigned geography.
- Execute in conjunction with product team local marketing activities for increasing the amount of leads.
- Ensure good relationship is maintained at the branch level for conversion of the leads.
- Excellent Selling and Persuasion skills with confidence to engage customers
- Demonstrates customer focus by seeking out, understanding, and responding to the needs.
- Establishes priorities that address the details and timelines needed to achieve the intended results
- Ability to handle pressure and stress appropriately
- Monitor installment payments and collections of his/her customers
- Enhancement of relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling Ujjivan's products as per the profile & need of the customers
