Job Profile :

- Customer Delight Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you. 


- Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth. If you choose this role, you will become part of a fast-paced and dedicated team that works together to provide our clients with the highest possible level of service and advice.

Responsibilities :

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Presenting our company & its products range to potential clients.

- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

- Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, in person visits etc.

- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

- Self-motivated, target oriented, results- driven, and enjoy working in team environment etc.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in similar role.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

- Understanding of sales performance metrics.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Fast-learner & passionate for sales
