SUMMARY:
The Membership Specialist (MS) at GYM is responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for both members and guests. This full-time position reports to the Assistant Club Manager and Club Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls daily to generate sales and meet targets.
- Achieve personal sales targets through internal and external prospecting.
- Adhere to organizational rules, policies, systems, and operating procedures.
- Record and maintain necessary reports and documents.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals.
