What will you do ?
- Training new and existing hires for b2c inside sales process.
- Evaluation and performance review of the trainees.
- Creating training content
- Ensuring that the trainees achieved their targets during OJT
- Quality review of underperformers and transforming them to a performer.
What skills are required ?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in inside sales, process training and people management
- Hands-on, on-ground, practical, and result-oriented approach to work.
