What do we expect?

- Set up entire outbound Telemarketing operations for the organization

- Manage in-house tele-calling process; also monitor the outsourced tele-calling work

- Manage leads from all sources and understand business metrics

- Manage cross-sell/ up-sell campaigns by creating a process-driven framework.

- Lead, mentor & monitor performance of tele-callers, team lead and Sales manager and ensure target achievement.

- Implement adequate measures to maximize productivity and revenue generation.

- Proven experience of 4 or more years, along with team handling experience.

Required Skills:

- We are looking for somebody who is hardcore business man/woman and loves the sales numbers. Here is a brief list of things that we expect from you.

- Proven track record of over achieving sales targets in telesales outbound process.

- Work hard and party harder.

- Great communication and convincing skills.

- You believe that you can sell anything to anybody.

- You understand the dynamic and process of telesales.
