Job Description: Business Development Manager

What do we expect?

- Counsel students/parents about our courses

- Brainstorming with the business development team to create a new project and sales strategy.

- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working

with the client through the closing process.

- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.

- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.

- Handling team of approximately 5 people or more.

- Proven experience of 2 or more years.

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Hardworking and career-oriented

- Enterprising Attitude

- Consistency
