uFaber - Manager - Affiliate Sales (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :


- Establish alliance and develop a network of micro-entrepreneurs in cities of India who can work as franchise partners for Ufaber and there-by provide localized sales and counseling centers

- Streamline and automate post sales processes with the franchise including, induction, training and planning of market approach, and until the actual operations kick-start

- Analyze franchise performance, strategize with them for further reach, give them tactical support for better lead generation and sales conversion. Motivate them for higher targets and overall better results.

- Listen to partners, and integrate direct feedback to help Ufaber improve product-service portfolio

- Oversee an internal team of counselors for direct B2C sales for legacy products and setting up sales processes for new products by conducting several pilot sales projects

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 2-6 years of experience in sales and alliance related projects

- Experience - and desire - to do both strategizing and daily execution and optimization

- Experience with building channel partners or franchise in one or more projects

- Exceptional persuasion, negation and counseling skills for both B2C and B2B sensibilities

- Must have the passion to self-motivate, the guile to sell your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally

- Degree from a reputed Institution

- MBA a plus but not required
