Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Centre Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our center. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the center's activities, including administrative tasks, staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance. Your leadership and organizational skills will play a crucial role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for our clients and staff, ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of the center. Some of your responsibilities would include:

1. Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

2. Managing the staff by being their leader and supporting them to foster a positive and productive work environment.

3. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all clients, students, and parents.

4. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

5. Market and Develop the Business by identifying and exploring opportunities for business growth and expansion, and targeting new markets and clientele.

6. Monitor the center's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budget adherence.

Requirements :

1. A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field

(Master's degree preferred).

2. Proven experience of minimum 3 years in managing operations, preferably in an educational or service-oriented setting.

3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

4. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work well under pressure.

5. Someone from, or is willing to relocate and work from Mumbai.
