Udaan - Telecaller (0-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Being Part of the Business Development Team, you are supposed to call our existing and prospective customers.
2) Make them aware about ongoing schemes, discounts.
3) push them for repeated purchase,
4) solving their queries if any etc.
5) Building healthy relationship.
6) Coordinating with stake holder.
7) tracking billing.
8) Focus on conversion.
Working Location would be Harlur, Bengaluru. Candidates should be comfortable in Hindi/English and any regional language will be a plus point.
Shift Timing - 9 am to 6 pm
Working Days - 6 days working in a week
Languages - English, Hindi & any other regional language
1) Trainee (Fresher) - 14700 NTH + ESIC
2) Assistant Executive- CTC is 21787, in this role, we require candidates with 6 month to 1 year exp in tele calling
3) Key Account Executive- in this role, require candidates with 1+ year exp into tele calling/telesales. salary would be CTC - 23195.
