Job Description

We are looking for creative content writers for the Seller Experience Communications team who can craft clear, concise, and elegant copy to create a seamless seller experience across Udaan. You- ll be collaborating with product & program managers, engineers, designers, and merchandising teams to draft emails, script conversation flows, write how-to articles, and other related content according to defined guidelines.

Professional Background and Experience

- Around five years of experience working in the B2B or B2C e-commerce industries, and alternatively, in the online food/groceries delivery industry, or the travel & transportation industry, preferably as part of the marketing and corporate communications teams

- Ability to contribute to content & communication strategies

- In-depth experience in writing, editing, testing, and improving, customer emails, educational materials, and other content

- Extensive experience working with UX copy, and in writing & editing SEO product descriptions, blogs, newsletter content, and articles

- A working understanding of creating a style guide and an in-depth understanding of following style guides

- Expertise in defining project milestones, timelines, and in adhering to them

- Ability to lead several complex projects simultaneously and handle the pressure

- Ability to ask the right questions to business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to derive relevant insights

Education

- BA or a higher degree of qualification with a major in English literature, journalism, psychology, interactive copywriting, or equivalent.
