Udaan - Business Development Role - Market Development Team - Fashion Category (0-3 yrs)
Candidate will be a part of Market Development team in Fashion Category, handling a region (Kerala). The candidate is expected to increase penetration (retailer base registered with Udaan app) and engagement (retailer bases doing recurring business on Udaan) of Udaan in his region.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for recruiting and managing a team of 5-7 ground sales executives (who will source direct business),
2. Training & developing a team of sales folks and manage their daily operations
3. Having effective communication and relationship building skills.
4. Responsible for bringing the entire business cycle of the buyers on Udaan
Expected Profile:
- Should be aggressive in achieve the targets
- Should have at least 1 year of on ground sales experience
- Should possess team management & leadership skills
