Job Description: Customer Delight Champion
Improving the customer experience is key to UClean strategy. Our customer satisfaction is significantly improved and best-in-class. Your role & contribution as - Customer Delight Champion- will be key to improve overall customer care experience and further professionalizing our way of working by: Acquiring the specificities of our business/services
- Becoming quickly a content expert on all B2B & B2C customer accounts.
- Improving quality of answer (First Time Right) by regular coaching,
- Step-in to respond to customer questions yourself (lead by example):
- Coaching on quality sales conversations
- Monitoring and reporting of Stores sales productivity
- Reporting on the outcome of online & offline sales campaigns.
You report directly to the Head of Customer Delight - Mr. Jatin Bhatnagar
Who are we looking for?
- You are consumer minded & solution-oriented - Solve the customer question first-
- You are a great communicator & can explain complex things in a simple & easy manner
- 0-3 years of proven experience in Customer care
- You are a coach, who can inspire people to deliver the absolute best
- You are factual, persistent, and pay close attention to details
- You have a positive drive, enthusiasm and a passion for customer care
- You are an assertive team-player & comfortable working towards deadlines
- You are a problem solver and approach stuff hands-on
