WHO YOU ARE

As Sales and Account Coordinator you will be responsible for driving growth, happiness, and retention among our base of restaurant partners in a city. This role will work to develop Uber's restaurant relationships while providing excellent data-driven consultation, Engage restaurant partners across India to sign up on the Uber EATS platform and handle the entire Onboarding process for our restaurant partners.

WHAT YOU- LL DO

- Build meaningful, strong relationships with our restaurant partners by delivering 5-star, on-brand support and helpful insight.

- Manage and execute processes and tools for growing Uber Eats

- Analyse restaurant data to identify trends to help both restaurants and Uber Eats with their processes.

- Execute on menu reviews, photography reviews and implementation of restaurant promotions (in partnership with marketing).

- Work with the Restaurant Operations team to deliver maximum value to our restaurant partners.

- Engage restaurant partners across India to sign up on the Uber EATS platform.

- Help develop and execute a territory business plan.

- Drive business development & lead communication with all potential partners through the entire business cycle.

- Exceed monthly targets and all activities of revenue generation.

- Manage and track your account funnel, with multiple simultaneous opportunities.

- Share your learnings with the team & mentor newer sales team members.

- Be part of a winning team culture.

- Help restaurants get started on the Uber Eats platform

- Process Scaling: Help design processes, whether it be prospecting, Onboarding.

- Track all the activities of a restaurant are on a smooth track.

- Help doing the entire documentation of the restaurant partners when Onboard with Uber Eats.

- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform

Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Here are the kinds of skills we- re looking for:

- Degree or equivalent academic qualifications (preferred)

- 1-4 years of experience in field sales, inside sales, business development or key account management


- You are an effective communicator with the ability to interact with customers and experience in customer facing role

- You have a passion for food, and have your pulse on your city's restaurant scene

- Confidence to reach out to restaurant partners & win new business.

- You are a relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who is passionate about making a career in sales, business development and key account management,

- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role

- Willingness and ability to travel

- Comfort with account operations, tools, sheets, basis analysis
