- U-Class, under Netease (Listed at Nasdaq, USA) Youdao Group, is an online education platform test-prep and non-test-prep verticals in India. With an aim to provide quality education at most affordable prices is our USP.
- U-Class is looking for a senior BD manager to join our Delhi team to help achieve our goals when expanding to the Indian market. You will collaborate closely with the Beijing product team, and your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our new reach to the Indian market.
An ideal candidiate should be able to :
1. Identify and shortlist the bucket of user persona with deep understanding of their digital behaviors & preferences, thus developing a theory implementable to acquire them accordingly.
2. Hand pick the right digital marketing platforms, alliances for us to reach our target market in a cost-effective manner.
3. Come up with the marketing campaigns, ideas that are likely to resonate with our customer base including event based campaigns, work with content and design team to execute them.
4. End-to-end execution on Google Adwords, Youtube & FB campaigns to populate growth funnel with the right target market, including app install, online class enrolment, subscription & retention.
5. Take ownership of measurement of campaign performance data and utilize it for optimisations as well as guiding the strategy
6. Identify offline approches to targeted users in tier II & III cities to deepen the penetration.
