Tyroo - Manager - Digital Sales (3-13 yrs)
Role: Sales Manager, Tyroo, Outbrain team
We are looking for an experienced business professional who has worked in digital media ad sales. The candidate should have great relationship with direct advertisers and agencies. He/she should be able to on-board new customers for Outbrain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create new business opportunities for Tyroo - Outbrain partnership in India
- Build, cultivate and leverage a strong, high value network of clients
- Develop proposals, make pitches and close opportunities
- Anticipate issues and proactively communicate both internally and externally
- Own monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets
- Monitor, analyse sales, market trends and develop an effective strategic sales plan
- Work at both the strategic and tactical level to ensure customer success
- Ensuring revenue realisation through account receivable focus
Prerequisites :
- The candidate should have great relationship with senior executives in advertising agencies and brands. Should be able to open doors and initiate conversations with their experience
- Should have managed a large book of business in the past
- Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Collaborator and team player
- Strong storytelling capabilities
- High on initiative
- Drives deals to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities
- Proficient and advance knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Job Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 4 - 8 Years
Education Qualification: MBA preferred /Post Graduation/ Graduation
