Role Title : Digital Marketing Manager


Location : Bangalore/Delhi NCR Region

About the Role :


- The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by creating and implementing the digital marketing campaigns to increase online presence, become no.1 searched brand, increase brand consideration and acquire new customers.


- The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player who will play a critical role in digital marketing, performance marketing/social media management.

Job Responsibility :

- Plan and execute

- All Web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media advertising (FB/IG/Twitter) campaigns.

- Develop paid digital media strategy to monitor media plan KPIs & reduce Cost per customer acquisition

- Manage Amazon Seller Central Inventory & create campaigns to increase sales on e-com platforms with minimum ACOS

- Manage Google My Business account for multiple stores

- Develop & implement SEO & SEM roadmap to get more organic traffic & quality leads

- Identify SEO trends to rank high on Google for relevant keywords and track performance

- Develop and manage Display advertising campaigns

- Manage Google Merchant Centre account

- Ensure visibility & PR for the organization through recognition/awards/business growth or roadmap

- Monitor on a Daily Basis

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against the company's goals (ROI and KPIs). Monitor Conversion goals

- Optimize campaigns and monitor bid strategy to increase conversion rate.

- Keyword analysis on all campaigns to control cost and increase efficacy.

- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Monitor competitor presence across all digital channels.

- Engage with new agencies and evaluate credentials with the company's objectives and goals.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile : 

- 3-5 years of Digital/SEO + performance marketing, digital campaign management desired

- Agency management experience is a must

- In-depth knowledge of various paid/social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in all paid media platforms

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)

- Google Ads/SEO-SEM/Analytics Certification would be an advantage

- Education : Graduation/Post-graduation
