Role Title :- City Manager Location: - Pune

About the Role :- We are looking for a young and dynamic problem solver, to take charge of our City operations. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on ambiguity and is willing to get their hands dirty maintaining the DRR for the city operations. Act like the CEO/COO for your respective city with complete P&L responsibility

Job Responsibility :

- Responsible for achieving the Revenue & GMV targets for the City

- Responsible for building the roadmap towards CM2 Profitability

- Building and ensuring a Healthy Supplier Network with tyre, battery and Alloy wheel dealers. Ability to scale the network to other categories basis the business plan.

- Manage the customer lead funnel and ensure maximum conversion %age from the sales funnel

- To run day to day operations in the city and plan & execute on People & Resource management such as

- Optimise order routing and route efficiency to increase asset utilisation

- Manage & Groom Crew and Tele Agents for the smooth running of the operations

- Ensure availability of People & Resources for the smooth running of daily operations

- To manage customer queries and ensure conversion

- To plan for inventory offtake to maintain 15 days min inventory

- To maintain relationships with suppliers in the city to maintain JIT sourcing

- To ensure that van capacity is fully utilised

Requirements from the candidate

- Must be a graduate from a govt recognised university

- 2+ years of work experience in Sales and Business development

- Experience in tyre, battery, Auto aftercare industry highly preferred

- Ability to communicate with the supplier network and customers alike in English and Hindi

- Ability to plan and work in the market to build supplier relationships & network
