Introduction :

An exciting opportunity in the space of a unique Sales Model for Financial Products in one of the fastest growing Fintech Companies in India. The candidate will work closely with the Turtlemint Sales Teams in driving sales & platform adoption of the Wealth business for the Unicorn in the making.

Turtlemint Money is creating a Financial Services technology platform that would facilitate the consumers in their entire process of providing solution for their Financial Goals by understanding their Risk Profile, Time Horizon & investing in relevant asset classes (within Mutual Fund Schemes), available off the shelf OR via curated solution funds (MintPacks). Our network of Digital Partners across India, enabled by a smart technology platform, differentiates us from other online players. Graduates of IIT/IIM and ex-employees of top companies like Yahoo, eBay, and Quikr founded Turtlemint. We are a well-funded start up, backed by leading technology VC firms including Sequoia, Nexus Venture Partners and Blume Ventures.

The ideal candidate will be having a practical knowledge of the MF business. He/she understand the Client buying behavior & has a decent understanding of the Sales Process.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage a team of Financial Advisors/Digital Partners (DPs)

2. Managing complete life cycle of DPs: Creating Motivation >> Training >> NISM Qualification >> Continuous Support - enable with requisite process changes, wherever required

3. Increase production & productivity by ensuring effective knowledge transfer - thus improving wallet share with us.

4. Ability to communicate the Value Adds of the platform & facilitate structured deals

5. Run local marketing campaigns

6. Needs to achieve revenue targets set by the company

7. Work closely with various AMC offices in the region, for support on trainings, campaigns

8. Work closely with cross functional teams (Insurance Sales teams for a good penetration/cross-sell of MF business & activating more DPs); Ops team, for local logins & query resolution

9. Maintain the highest level of business hygiene & ethics

10. Understand and align with the company policies

Requirements :

1. Expertise to handle/on-board DPs, motivate teams & work with other Channel Regional leadership

2. Ability to liaison with AMC Branch managers & Regional Teams towards getting work executed

3. Should be able to take responsibility for monthly numbers and deliver the same

4. Strong Communication skills, verbal and written

5. Should be aware of the market developments

6. NISM Qualification is desirable
