- We are hiring ambitious Real Estate salespeople who have the Zeal to work in the Real Estate Sector. Looking for a dynamic

- Sales with experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Attending the customer at the site, and explaining about the project.

- Following up with leads(given to them from the presales team) for the site visits.

- Attending walk-in customers.

- Updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Regularly updating and enhancing their skills and market knowledge by doing regular market research.

- Coordinating with customer and post-sales team.

- Conversion of leads to prospects.

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs


- Arrange meetings with prospective buyers.

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements-related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.

- Interview buyers to understand what they're looking for in a new property.


- Guide buyers through the closing process.

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

- Taking pictures and putting them on the web and in local classifieds.

Requirements :

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Salesperson.

- Proven track of successful sales record.

- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.

- Everyone should have a laptop.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Qualification : BBA/MBA/PGDM/Bachelor's Degree.

- Experience : Fresher.

- Location : Gurugram

Working Details :

- Working hours : 9hrs( 10am to 7pm)

- Working Days- 6 days working, Tuesday will be off
