Job Description :

- We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. As a CRM, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, encourage them to visit our store, and effectively manage customer data using Excel. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to invite them to our store.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Maintain an organized client database using Microsoft Excel, tracking client interactions and preferences.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Prepare and analyze reports on client engagement and sales performance using Excel.

- Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate them to clients.

- Assist in developing and implementing CRM strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in a CRM or similar customer-facing role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Education:
