Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responding to student inquiries about the admissions process .
- Connect with the leads generated on admission portal
- Providing guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application process.
- Collecting and processing necessary documents from applicants.
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records of all student interactions and admissions-related activities.
- Collaborating with other members of the admissions team to meet recruitment and enrollment goals.
- Responsible for converting leads, Lead generation and regular follow ups to prospect leads for sales.
- Sell online courses and achieve daily sales targets.
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done Achieving monthly sales targets, cold calling.
- Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in student recruitment or admissions preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals.
