FAST TRACK - BRANCH MANAGER - FMCG SALES OVERVIEW
- The Selected Candidate will undergo a Fast Track Management Trainee program for six-months to be posted as Branch Manager (Level : Deputy Area Sales Manager)
Role of Area Sales Manager
- To grow volumes & market share for the entire range of consumer care brands in the assigned headquarters
- To expand retail coverage through effective channel management
- To plan & implement BTL programs
- To train coach & mentor team members on a regular basis to achieve targets
- To continuously monitor competitor activities and identifying suitable strategies to protect and grow market share
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- MBA (Major: Marketing)
- Passionate about a career in FMCG Sales & Marketing
- Persuasive communicator
- Go-getter with strong desire to lead teams
- Post-MBA experience of 0.6-2 years desirable as MT/ TSI/ SO/ SE
