As a Media Sales Manager, you will be responsible to identify, develop and execute media sales strategies, with the goal of driving significant revenue and establishing the leadership position within the consumer Internet industry. You will be involved in executing Ad sales initiatives for the platform, its monetization and achieve Ad sales revenues targets via direct display advertising.

Responsibilities:

- Built, manage and scale revenue pipeline with advertisers, online as networks agencies, business partners and maintain a minimum threshold of Ad sales revenue.

- Create aggressive sales pitch, seal new business. Also, make sure that the delivery is being met to the clients, responsible for the end-to-end sales process.

- Effective sales planning based on the time of the year to make sure that the inventory is fully utilized and maximum ROI.

- Establish a leadership position as an online advertising platform among the target segment.

- Creating an optimal smart & aggressive sales teams and rapidly expand the Media business operation across. Apart from new business, the role includes account development to have a long-term business association with clients.

- Finding out who controls the advertising budget among the target segment organizations and contact them for new business.

- Develop and maintain a prospecting/targeting system, implement it to provide weekly/monthly pipeline reporting to the management team.

- Formulate and implement innovative Advertising packages that maximize the revenue opportunities with brands and agencies to rapidly expand the business

- Drive results in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a strong vision.
