Sales Trainer

KRAs:

- Take complete ownership for developing, managing and maintaining the training department

- Responsible for induction & orientation for new joiners

- Responsible for refresher training, soft skills training, sales training, product training & process training.

- Responsible to train tele/online sales team for effective sales pitch. Listen and monitor the call logs with clients to understand training needs for online sales team

- Prepare the training module & training calendar

- Understand business model and devise the training plan accordingly

- Prepare effective training content and module as per business needs

- Conduct the evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the training

- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.

- Ensure the financial objectives of the training are met

- Conduct periodic training need analysis

Candidate's profile:

- MBA in HR/Sales & Marketing would be preferred

- Excellent communication

- Ability to lead & motivate the team and achieve the desired results by team work.

- 4-8 years of relevant experience preferably from the health & wellness industry

- Experience in call centre or Online/tele sales training is must

- Must be willing to travel across the locations
