You- ll be working with seasoned & successful entrepreneurs from UT Austin, Brown University & include the former founder & AVP of MakeMyTrip who also happen to be the co founders of Truly Madly - India's leading dating app.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Aggregating, Sanitizing, Interpreting and Analyzing Data vis-a-vis problem statements that arise.
- Understanding the nuances of and experience in field research
- Planning and organizing networking events, focus groups, etc.
- Prepare articles, reports and presentations
- Assist the team/supervisor in end-to-end project management to achieve desired results
Role Qualifications :
- Exceptional interpersonal & writing skills.
- Proficient with MS Excel - you'll need to churn quality data efficiently
- Great attention to detail, organized and capable of pulling out insights from larger data sets
- Knowledge of the app landscape, (preferably dating apps)
- Experience in working with LGBT organizations/youth is a plus-
