Job Description of Media Buyer:-
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with our ecommerce goals.
- Perform audience research to identify and target relevant customer segments, utilizing advanced options within Facebook Ads Manager.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns.
- Conduct C/B & A/B tests of ad elements, landing pages, and audience segments to refine campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Facebook advertising changes to optimize strategies.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation across campaigns.
- Manage End to End P&L responsibility of Media Buying vertical.
- Handle Digital marketing team to fulfil pitch requirements and existing client requirements.
- Ensure selection of right channels, formats, and placements for the client campaign within the clients budget.
- Maintain past media plan successes, metrics, & benchmarks for performances.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience managing Facebook ad campaigns for ecommerce (Domestic or International).
- Familiarity with ecommerce industry trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding ROAS targets in a performance marketing environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing Facebook Ads Manager and understanding of its features, terminology, and metrics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative mindset for developing engaging ad creatives that drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and a willingness to experiment and iterate.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey insights.
- High self-motivation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
