Description :
We are looking for an enthusiastic in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing lead sales over the phone and meeting the clients.
Responsibilities :
- Can do field work sales. Should have there own conveyance.
- Contact potential or existing leads to inform them about the product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process leads in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements :
- Graduate in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as Sales representative
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs e.g. Lead Management Systems and Database Management Systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
