Job Summary :

- We are seeking a talented Retention Marketing Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The primary responsibility of the Retention Marketing Executive is to develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer loyalty, increase retention rates, and maximize customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute retention marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media, to engage and retain customers.

2. Conduct data analysis to identify customer segments, behavior patterns, and opportunities for retention improvement.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, customer support, and data analytics, to develop and implement retention initiatives.

4. Monitor and measure campaign performance using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and optimize campaigns based on insights.

5. Design and develop customer loyalty programs to incentivize and reward loyal customers. Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer products.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets.

- Experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Experience with customer segmentation and targeting

- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as MoEngage or Clevertap would be a plus
