- We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team! As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system and helping us create meaningful interactions with our customers.

Responsibilities :

- Manage our customer relationship management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals

- Support team members and cooperate with customers

Requirements :

- Should be graduate or postgraduate in business or related site

- 0-1 year of experience in CRM or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in CRM software

- Can be able to communicate with customers through calls, messages, and emails.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
