True balance - Head - Growth Marketing (10-15 yrs)
Job Descriptionb :
We are looking for a Headof Marketing for our marketing efforts from end to end. The Lead will be responsible for all activities related to the development and implementation of True Balance's marketing strategy and leverage customer analytics to achieve the growth of the company. We want a data-driven, strategic marketer with both performance and brand marketing experience and people management & communication skills.
Role :
- Lead a results-driven marketing team
- Develop and manage an omni-channel marketing strategy
- Bring the best growth marketing and management practices together
- Work with the leadership team and other team leaders to develop and execute our brand and product strategies through all relevant channels
Responsibilities:
- Create branding and marketing strategies for True Balance App
- Execute marketing initiatives
- Strategize to create compelling content for marketing channels
- Oversee ideation, execution and delivery of PR and marketing collateral
- Monitor and report effectiveness of marketing communication
- Initiate and manage strategic partner relationships
- Manage and continue to build out the marketing team
- Gain consensus across multiple teams and ensure KPIs get accomplished within agreed-upon timelines
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of solid experience in marketing tech concepts directed at consumers - Native Hindi and English language skills
- Strong affinity with mobile apps and IT
- A proven track record in a broad set of offline and online marketing channels(SEM, Social, PR and loyalty programs)
