Major Responsibilities:

1. Defining the sales strategy in the selected market.

2. Commercial accountability includes reaching margin & the volume targets along with establishing growth through the right choice of portfolio with the help marketing tools for given geographies.

3. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

4. Furthermore, accountability involves working together with marketing, supply chain, and other distribution colleagues in order to increase our presence in the distribution market.

5. Understanding the market needs and the trend of the upcoming products.

Required skills :

1. Relevant industry experience is the must.

2. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

3. Have a strong understanding of sales and marketing and proven ability to see an idea through to full implementation.

4. High-energy, self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, exhibits a bias for action and demonstrates good executive presence-
