Our firm is seeking a Marketing Executive with 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, branding, and creating customer awareness of services. The individual will undertake initiatives and lead marketing efforts for our firm.

The individual is expected to demonstrate a high level of ownership and will be reporting to the Managing Partner of our firm.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage marketing strategy, go-to-market, corporate communications and create brand awareness.

- Help drive business growth and customer acquisition globally by building client relationships.

- Lead branding efforts across digital media platforms.

- Work with stakeholders across the internal and external spectrum in building brand awareness.

- Responsible for business development initiatives across geographies.

- Execute lead generation strategy/campaigns.

- Identify and initiate new business opportunities by targeting new clients.

- Co-ordinate with digital marketing agencies for social media.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience working in a B2B marketing role in a BPO/KPO/business support services firm.

Experience working in a financial services firm will be a plus.

- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, PR, and corporate communications.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Master's/MBA preferred ideally with a focus on marketing.

- Experience working with international clients will be a plus.

- Experience in using CRM and marketing automation platforms will be a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation and networking skills.

- Proficient in using MS Office, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail.
