- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly consignment statements and provide the same through e-mail to the clients.
- Addressing customer inquiries, solving problems and providing up to date information for all related shipments.
- Monitored Shipment from origin to final destination to ensure prompt delivery to avoid delays, storage charges etc.
- Replying to daily queries of the client on priority basis.
- Coordinating with all branch offices located in different states
- Coordinate with clients for necessary documents for Customs clearance/Freight.
