Job Description :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
- Sell and negotiate triplerock Logistics- /Warehouse services
- Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
- Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
- Meeting new and existing clients
- Creating and developing a pipeline of the new business /sales pipeline
- Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
- Achieve individual, team, and company goals
- Work closely with Logistics Managers to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently
- Selling value added services to the customer and increasing business from them.
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
- Controlling the outstanding and strong follow up with the customer for collections.
- Resolving customer issues and queries on time.
- Disseminate real-time market intelligence to the Sales staff in operating branches to generate appropriate responsive and proactive action plans
- Analyze competitive marketing activities and develop counter action plans to ensure triple rock maintains its competitive position in the marketplace
- Responsible for nurturing and maintaining good relationships with all types of Customers, potential customers and other stakeholders to establish a sound customer infrastructure for the sales teams to exploit.
